Digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

If you can’t access your download or the file is defective, contact us through the store’s Contact page with your order number. We’ll help resolve the issue. If we can’t provide a working file, we’ll review the order for a refund
